What Sisterhood means...

Sisterhood means love without judgement, trust, being free to be vulnerable, sharing truths, being held, being held accountable, picking each other up, never being alone, it means an opportunity for growth, to learn... this could go on and on. Grateful beyond words for my sisters in the circle.

I'm Grateful...

I'm grateful that I feel grateful, a few weeks ago I would have been panicking and negative but instead I feel calm and blessed. Yes don't get me wrong I have been feeling all the feels but I am learning how to embrace them and move through them and while I have so much to learn I have enjoyed my new perspective so much. And I thank you Krissy Jewell.

I'm learning about...

I'm learning about this person who is so much more then a mummy or then her past, as I kept looking... I felt strength, felt proud of her and I trust her, I felt a sense of calmness as I allowed all the feels to happen more freely then I have previously, I shifted through my emotions, feel like I'm not getting as stuck as I was, I'm learning that it's ok to be human, and that if I let myself feel it all then it means I get to feel the good stuff too & that I need to trust that I will comeback around. Trust, huge one.

How has this week been for you?

Wow, was it massive! The change/shift in my perception of self and the world is surreal. I never even thought this was possible a week ago.
